TSF’S Human Collective Project (HCP) | North America

The Human Collective Project (HCP) is TSF’s peer support program for individuals living with or impacted by rare neuroimmune and related conditions, including:

– Autoimmune encephalitis (AE)
– Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP)
– CNS vasculitis
– IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD)
– Myasthenia gravis (MG)
– Multifocal motor neuropathy (MMN)
– Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD)
– Neurosarcoidosis
– Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD)
– Thyroid eye disease (TED)
– Transverse myelitis (TM)
– Stiff person syndrome (SPS)

Launched in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, HCP was created to help people feel less isolated and more connected to others who understand their experiences.

Today, HCP provides a welcoming, supportive space to share experiences, celebrate wins, vent, laugh, cry, and connect with others who understand the challenges of living with these conditions. Sessions are led by TSF Patient and Caregiver Ambassadors and are open to anyone impacted by the conditions listed above.
